The manufacturing process consists of several phases. From the choice of the type of glass to the lamination and/or tempering process, through the study and realization of the exact radius of curvature, when the glass is curved. But we also have an extra service that allows us to do a faster job when delivering it, since we also make the steel structure that delimits the windshieldyes
We offer this extra service to guarantee a good assembly of the windshield in the structure. We use nautical stainless steel to assemble them, to guarantee their good condition over time.
